    Sir

Thank you very much for the feedback and taking the time to engage with our company. I believe that our customer service team has been in contact with you and offered you a couple of alternatives in terms of making payment and acquiring your credits.

Should you need any assistance with this process or anything else please do not hesitate to contact the customer service team again.

    Regards

    Jono

      Hi Jono,

      Thank you for dropping by.

I am so impressed by your attitude that I have written this post to commend the entire team.

I hope this will be the last time a Nigerian (ready to prove ownership) will be denied access to your services?

      Good luck!

I can confirm that I have been able to pay on the Clickatell platform with my Naira Master Card. But why is Clickatell so expensive?

Yes. It is now but back then it was not. Clicktell is very high end, that’s why they are expensive. I must confess that they have good quality though!
