The importance of tyres to any motor vehicle cannot be underestimated in any way. The theme of their story was: “In order to safeguard the tyre from puncture and protect the life of motorists at night against dangers of all kinds – even fatal punctures, can be guarded beforehand, using this product.”

Mr. Chukwuemeka Fred Agbata Jnr. is the Chief Executive Officer, Natureline Solutions Nigeria. He says with the business of distributing the tyre safety solution, his company markets will always prove lucrative because people will always buy cars and there will always be punctures. According to him, dealing in a product that can prevent and permanently seal punctures of up to 1/4” in diameter in the tread area of a tire will always be profitable and sustainable.
On the benefits of the product, he says it helps to maintain correct tyre pressure by improving its thread-life and fuel consumption. According to him, it seals off all internal surfaces of the tyre and wheel against loss; helps preserve the rubber, as well as dissipates tread heat, just as it reduces the major cause of tread wear, thereby increasing tyre life.
Other benefits, he says, include stoppage of tyre degradation, leakages, and avoidance of balancing problems. Besides, it is environmentally safe, as it is non-toxic and non-inflammable, he says.
On its use, he explains, “All a user has to do is to remove the valve stem core that allows air to enter and pour the solution in therein through the tyre safety solution bottle lead.
Speaking in the same vein, the officer in charge of the product’s distribution in the company, Mr. Joseph Awo-James, says the tyre safety solution enhances the performance of tyre, by reducing tread loss embarrassment on the part of the motorists.
He says, “Part of the challenges we are facing in trying to market it to the people is that a lot of people find it difficult to believe that such a remarkable solution can exist that a tyre will climb over a nail and still remain intact.
“You can imagine its benefit to someone working late into the night, coming from Third Mainland Bridge at 9.00pm and having a car issue on the bridge! But with a product like this, it will ensure safety for individual lives. It is not just for cars, as bicycles, motorcycles and heavy-duty trucks can benefit from its use,” he adds.
He warns though that after removing the puncturing object, it is important to check the air pressure in the affected tyre. He stresses that it should be re-inflated to the recommended specifications, if the need arises. After the object has been removed from the tyre, the driver can drive off immediately.
After application of Bi-Tron Tyre Safety Solution, he says, “It is advisable to drive on a rough road so as to check if the tyre is adequately sealed. According to him, a minimum of eight kilometers or five miles will be adequate to recheck the tire pressure and adjust it.
